As the business does not carry out large-scale processing of personal data nor systematic monitoring, the appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is not required under Art. 37 of the GDPR.

2. Types of Data Collected

Personal data collected by this website, including automatically, includes:

  • Contact data: name, email, phone number and message voluntarily provided through the contact form
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent (collected via Google Analytics, only with your consent)
  • Technical data: necessary technical cookies for website operation and preference cookies for cookie settings

Providing your name and email address through the contact form is required to process your request; failure to provide them will prevent us from responding. Phone number and message text are optional and help us provide a more complete response.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to requests submitted through the contact form
  • Providing the requested service and managing the contractual relationship
  • Anonymous statistical analysis of web traffic (with your consent, via Google Analytics)
  • Anti-spam protection via Google reCAPTCHA (with your consent, required to submit the contact form)

5. Data Retention

Contact data is retained for the time necessary to fulfill the request and for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless required otherwise by law. Browsing data collected via Google Analytics is retained for 14 months according to GA4 default settings. Cookie preferences are stored in your browser for 12 months.

6. Data Sharing with Third Parties

Your personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with:

  • Google LLC (USA): for Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA services. International data transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of July 2023) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC)
  • Hosting providers: for secure storage of website data within the European Union

  • Access: obtain confirmation of the existence of processing and access your data (Art. 15)
  • Rectification: obtain correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data (Art. 16)
  • Erasure: obtain the deletion of your data, in cases provided by law (Art. 17)
  • Restriction: obtain restriction of processing, in cases provided by law (Art. 18)
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (Art. 20)
  • Objection: object to processing at any time on legitimate grounds (Art. 21)
